After studying Spanish and Business Administration at the University of Oregon, she excelled in the fields of Management and Customer Service. This afforded Kristin the pragmatic and interpersonal expertise to hit the ground running when she found her true calling in real estate in 2016.
In 2019, she joined forces with Amy Abbott, a similarly dedicated full-time agent and longtime Goleta resident who shares Kristin's passion for real estate and rescue dogs. The onset of the pandemic in 2020 tested this partnership and their own individual skills on many levels, and they rose to the occasion. Leading with innovation and resourcefulness, Kristin and Amy found ways to market homes safely and effectively for their sellers, as well as grapple with a historic shortage of housing inventory for their buyers. Carrying lessons learned from that time forward, they continue to employ proven methods to proactively and creatively overcome obstacles and seize opportunities under any market conditions. Perpetually curious and seeking to expand her skill set, Kristin has earned strategic professional certifications and is constantly finding ways to leverage technology to better serve her clients. In pursuit of excellence through education, Kristin is currently studying for the California broker's exam. Her ongoing goal is to better equip herself to expertly assist her clients and create exceptional outcomes for them.
