Kristin is fluent in technology and passionate about exceeding her clients' expectations. Her finely tuned market knowledge and leading-edge marketing skills take the science and art of buying and selling to the next level.

With deep roots and a vibrant network in Goleta and Santa Barbara, Kristin takes delight in helping people achieve their home goals here. After studying Spanish and Business Administration at the University of Oregon, she found her true calling in real estate in 2016.

In 2019, Kristin joined forces with Amy Abbott, a similarly dedicated full-time agent and longtime Goleta resident who shares Kristin's passion for real estate and rescuing dogs. With a solid foundation in ethics and risk management, and heavy emphasis on client satisfaction, Kristin and Amy help guide their clients toward results they love for the long haul.

In the face of unprecedented world events, Kristin and Amy led with innovation and resourcefulness, as evidenced by this news article from April, 2020. With two listings that were released to the market the week of the statewide shutdown, Kristin and Amy quickly designed a strategy to safely and effectively market homes for their sellers under constantly evolving conditions. As the pandemic wore on, they helped many of their buyers contend with a historic shortage of inventory. Carrying lessons learned from that time forward, Kristin and Amy continue to employ proven methods to proactively and creatively overcome obstacles and seize opportunities— under any market conditions. The driving force for them was (and remains) a truly relentless dedication to their clients.

Giving back is important to Kristin and Amy. Every transaction they close is accompanied by a donation to the local community. Over the years, thousands of dollars have been donated to the Teacher's Fund. Beginning in 2023, they will also donate to their clients' animal shelter of choice at close of escrow. 

Kristin and Amy are both proud lifelong learners. With numerous strategic, complementary professional certifications and designations under their belts, "sharpening the ax" is always on the agenda. Kristin's latest educational feat was passing the California Broker's exam in November of 2022.
