Precautions + Upgrades

Real estate revolves around one of our most basic human needs (that of shelter), and is clearly essential on many levels. It's no surprise that the challenges of 2020 have brought about a number of changes.

Precautions were a given, but the upgrades, innovation— not to mention patience and grace throughout it all— have been a very pleasant surprise. As we all adapt to the current circumstances to keep things moving forward safely, our number one priority has been and always will be the health of our clients and community.

Precautions relating to in-person visits may include:

  • For now, no traditional open houses
  • Showings by appointment only
  • Pre-approval of the prospective buyer
  • Confirmation that the prospective buyer has seen all the available information online (photos, video, virtual tour etc)
  • Special forms relating to health and CDC-recommended precautions for all visitors, for every showing
  • Thorough sanitizing before and after appointment
  • Masks must be worn by all

Upgrades to our processes include:

  • Virtual Open Houses
  • Showings and consults via Facetime or Zoom
  • Digital signature processes
  • Screen share document drafting
  • Digital, interactive reports
  • See more information about Virtual Services hereMasked real estate agents with sold sign
